This home on what is affectionately called California's Riviera in the exclusive gated community of Beach Road provides privacy and seclusion not commonly associated with beachfront property. It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente, as it is between these two seaside communities. It is less than 45 miles from the airport and minutes from the train station. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld, and The San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day's adventure. This 1000 sq. ft. upper-level unit. The primary queen bedroom is accompanied by a second bedroom with two twin beds and two full bathrooms. THINGS TO KNOW Shared parking The Guest does not have access to the main house backyard The house is priced appropriately for its current condition as a rental property in the gated beachfront community. The beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions. Beachfront properties face harsh daily conditions from the salt air and sand, so please make sure you are comfortable with this prior to booking. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point to the beach. The Amtrak runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd and the Pacific Coast Hwy. This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as the local city noise ordinance requires. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
