Company information

Your hosts are Warren Roché and four of his five home-schooled children. Warren is a retired studio musician who took up a second career designing and building houses. For most of his adult life he has lived in Topanga. Warren's wife, Elena, is a plein air artist who paints California landscapes, portraits, still-life and flowers. Her paintings as well as their daughter, Catherine's, nature photography grace the walls of the Inn and some are offered for sale.

Property information

Located in free-spirited Topanga Canyon in the Santa Monica Mountains West of Los Angeles, the Inn is about one mile off of busy Topanga Canyon Boulevard up a private road. While greater Los Angeles is just over the hill from us, you wouldn't know it. We have a quiet, rural atmosphere, no road noise, lots of open space, wild life and trails in Topanga State Park.

Neighbourhood information

Topanga Canyon attracts free-spirited people who love a rural life style, but also need to have the conveniences of the big city close at hand. We have hiking, bird watching, mountain biking, plein air painting, rock climbing and horseback riding just out our front door. The museums, night clubs, restaurants, beaches and world-class shopping of Los Angeles, Malibu, Calabasas and Beverly Hills are only minutes away.
