This is a breathtaking property with views of Iliamna Volcano. When I’m not hosting guests, you’ll usually find me on the water! I own another property nearby and love to fish. I even built my own custom fishing boat, which I take out to China Poot Bay and into the open ocean. Salmon and halibut don’t stand a chance—let’s just say dinner often comes fresh from the sea!
Tucked away in a peaceful, private spot with only a few homes nearby, this is the perfect place to unwind. Head south to Anchor Point for local eats, fishing, and small-town charm. To the north, adventure awaits in Denali State Park. And no matter which direction you go, the drive along the Sterling Highway is packed with jaw-dropping views—keep your camera handy!
