The fine print
Town House Motor Inn is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Although smoking is permitted within some of the hotel rooms themselves, guests who smoke are permitted to please request a smoking room to keep all non-smoking rooms odor free for guest who are non smokers. Guests are reminded at the time of booking and upon arrival at the hotel if an option of smoking or non smoking rooms are available. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
