Location! Modern townhome with serene courtyard in the trendy Dalman district that is between Little Italy and Little Bohemia with all NEW furniture and amenities! Rooftop patio comes with grill, bar seating and beautiful views of downtown Omaha. Within walking distance to Old Market, CHI Center, Charles Schwab Field, Durham Museum, arts and entertainment district and short drive to Henry Doorly Zoo, Aquarium and so much more! It is perfect for business, families, and small groups.

Plenty of room for dining and relaxing, this is the perfect spot if you are in town for events or staying a while. Even with its proximity to the hustle and bustle of downtown, this is a relaxed townhome tucked back in a quiet and modern community.
