Stroll to the lifts at Snowshed and Ramshead (half a mile) each morning, and follow the Trail Creek Ski Home Trail after a gorgeous day on the slopes right to the base of the condo steps. As part of the Trail Creek community, this two-story condo enjoys access to an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness center, and a game room with a pool table and arcade games. The location is wonderfully central, with the ski lifts and Killington Golf Course less than a half-mile walk from your door. Just beyond the resort grounds are a number of great restaurants, specialty shops, live music venues, and annual events within a short drive. Thanks to the condo's second-floor location, you'll have no noise above you and beautiful, long-range views of the distant ridgelines. After a day of adventure, come home to fix a few hearty snacks in the kitchen, play board games at the dining room table, or sit down by the fireplace to stream movies on the smart TV. In the sparkling summer months, slide open the balcony doors and enjoy your dessert and coffee in the fresh mountain air. Other conveniences of the condo include smart TVs in both bedrooms and the sleeping loft, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
