Nestled amidst rolling hills, Trail Creek Canyon Ranch offers a picturesque retreat that changes with the seasons—snow-covered in winter, vibrant with autumn leaves, lush in spring, and sun-drenched in summer. This serene mountain estate promises tranquility and natural beauty. A stone entryway leads to impressive grounds featuring a charming red barn, a sparkling creek, a stocked fishing pond, sweeping mountain vistas, and mature trees. Spanning nearly 10,000 square feet, this luxurious ranch includes eight bedrooms, accommodating up to 30 guests, making it ideal for family vacations. The main level boasts a spectacular great room with plush sectional sofas, a massive stone fireplace, and a 25-foot vaulted ceiling. Adjacent is a dining area for twelve and an open kitchen with quartz countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, and a diamond-tiled backsplash. An additional dining hall can seat 12-18 more guests. The bedrooms offer peaceful retreats with HDTVs and ensuite bathrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed and a spa-like bathroom. The lower level includes two guest suites, a room with multiple beds, a bunk room, and an office/bedroom with a pull-out sofa. Outdoor adventures abound with a private fishing pond, scenic trails, and a fire pit. Indoors, two game rooms offer endless entertainment options, including a pool table, arcade games, and high-speed WiFi. The ranch is conveniently located near hiking trails, golf courses, and ski resorts, with Park City and Salt Lake City just a short drive away. Please note: Amenities may vary.
