Discover your own island paradise! Centrally located Kailua-Kona vacation rental studio that sleeps 2 - ideal for a romantic retreat! This tropical unit features comfortable furnishings and panoramic ocean views. Shared balcony with adjacent room. Property is close to beaches, downtown, golfing and restaurants, you’ll enjoy the best of the island with ease! Located at 750 feet above sea level, we tend to stay cooler than Kona Town. With the elevation comes slightly more rain during the rainy season and an influx in coqui frogs. Please be aware that we have no control over the natural critters that exist in our tropical climate & we cannot control Mother Nature. We make a point to create a quiet and serene environment for our guests and we expect our guests to do the same. Tranquility Guest House is a place to come and unwind after your wonderful days of exploration. Cancellation & Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds to guests who chose to leave the property early. If your stay is cut short, you are responsible for the nights you booked. If you chose the non refundable rate, we do not issue refunds if your travels plans change, you are responsible for the full cost of your stay. If you choose the refundable rate, please read our cancellation policy.

We live on-site in the ground floor unit with our 50 pound poi dog. We love talking story with guests and sharing our knowledge of the island. Our guests check in on their own and we give them as much privacy as we can. Please read the welcome message for check in details! If they have questions or need recommendations, they message us through the app.

Quiet, residential neighbourhood nestled between Kailua-Kona and Holualoa. Home is located at the top of a very steep hill. Ideally, guests would have a rental car to get around. - 10 minute drive to Safeway, restaurants, & snorkel beaches - 25 minutes from airport - 20 minutes from Costco This in not a party neighborhood. We expect our guests to be respectful of our family and neighboring families. Mahalo.
