The fine print
Dear guests,
Please advise that the balcony is temporarily not accessible due to scaffolding and ongoing construction.
There's an on going construction outside of the building and expect closure of the swimming pool.
For each refund transaction we will be collecting a $49 admin fee or transaction fee.
Free street parking is available for 1-2 hours between 8 AM and 6 PM.
Overnight Parking: Parking in front of the building is free. From 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM. No time limit applies from 6 PM to 8 AM.
Parking Placards: We also have parking placards available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you will be arriving by car, kindly let us know in advance so we can assist with the available options.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.
A damage deposit of US$500 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
