Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath modular home situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 miles to Daytona Beach Shores. New laminate floors throughout this open floor plan with plenty of space for your family. New kitchen with full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, double sink, garbage disposal, 5 gallon water cooler. Brand new kitchen table with service for 8 provided. The Master en suite is comfortable and inviting with a King sized bed , recliner and T.V. and attached full bath with a garded tub, The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third had 2 twins.
I am a full time hairstylist with the responsibility of providing a safe environment for my elderly Father. We have remodeled his former home to help pay for his assisted living. Your vacation money will be used to provide 24/7 care to a Veteran of the United States of America, who has been denied financial help. Thank you!
Just a short 3 miles to Daytona Beach Shores, and 9 miles from Daytona Speedway. Situated in a residential neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of A1A. First turn (food and entertainment) and Dollar General within walking distance. All shopping and restaurants close by.
