nice 2 bedroom apartment with private entrance and small private gated backyard with table and chairs under the roof . also there is propane grill. please note that there is no laundry room. full kitchen
Hello and welcome to this page. i am hosting few properties for few years already and do my best to make guest feel comfortable as much as possible. please feel free to ask any questions. thank you
Lower Chelsea part of the city. good neighborhood with many places to visit within walking distance. there is nice pizza pace right around the corner ,grocery store and public laundry place. few min walking there is chinese food place ,liquor store ,barber shop. within few min walking there is small park i always walk there with my dog. 5-7 min walking and you are at the beach. few bars with some food are right there . usually they open during the season . around 10 min walking and there is Tropicana casino . like 5-7 min walking opposite way and there is restaurant with bar right on the bay. and of course the oldest and very nice restaurant Forks and Knifes like 10 min walking. of course there is a lot more places to visit .
