Property information

Located in Fairview Park this 2 bedroom apartment has a full kitchen and full bathroom. A futon sofa and loveseat in the livingroom. Kitchen has most everything needed for a short or long-term stay. Minutes from Downtown Cleveland, airport, I-X Center, Kamm's Corners. This unit comes with 1 outdoor parking space. Visitor parking is limited but there is free street parking directly across the street, but no overnight street parking. Please contact the host with any and all questions.

This apartment complex features several two bedroom, 1 bath apartments near Cleveland, Ohio. Coe Creek runs through the south of the property and empties into the Rocky River. For those who love to explore nature and enjoy hiking & walking, the property borders the Rocky River Reservation which is part of the Cleveland Metroparks. Rocky River Reservation is home to Rocky River Stables horseback riding, Mastic Woods Golf Course, South Mastick Picnic Area, Sledding Area, Rocky River Oxbow Lagoon which is a permanent fishing and ice fishing area. Scenic Park Trailhead is located in a well populated area, its a nearly level trail and includes a shaded section along the river, trail length of less than a mile.
