We manage this property ourselves for a more personalized experience. We live within 5 minutes in case of an emergency. We really try to respond to any of your questions, problems or concerns quickly so there is minimal disruption to your stay. We only communicate pertinent information that comes up during your stay. Otherwise, we will let you enjoy your stay without interruption.

Property information

Enjoy staying in this nice Keizer neighborhood on a quiet, low traffic loop street. This newly, partially remodeled home has all new black stainless appliances, new granite countertops, efficient central air conditioning, 65" living room TV and high-speed Wi-Fi tested at 469MBPS. Over 1200 square feet of space with remote-controlled, single car garage. This Keizer area is called Country Glen Estates.

Neighbourhood information

Nice area of single and two family homes. Country Glen neighborhood in Keizer Oregon is made up of homes constructed in the 1990 time frame. Country Glen is a non-HOA community. Another aspect of Country Glen that is appealing is the local park off Parkside. The park has walking paths that extend through other neighborhoods and a small bridge that goes over the creek to Gubser Elementary school. This makes this area very “walk-friendly” for joggers, walkers, etc. This is a nice feature because, like most Keizer neighborhoods, this is a car-dependent neighborhood for shopping and dining. Being able to walk around the neighborhood can minimize the impact of car dependence.
