Perfect patio with fire pit, hot tub and perfect area to hang out under the stars while you listen to the Bluetooth outdoor speaker system in this quiet neighborhood with a fenced in backyard. No pets allowed.

Walking distance to the PNC pavilion. 3 minutes from University of North Carolina Charlotte (UNCC). 10 minutes from Charlotte Motor speedway and Concord Mills Mall. 20 minutes from lake Norman. 25 minutes from uptown Charlotte. Free parking and space for 4 cars. Additional space on the street in front of house.
