This loft apartment is located right in the heart of Kennett Square, PA, directly above 2 of the best restaurants in town. Watch the parades go by from the comfort of the balcony overlooking State Street while grilling on the stainless steel gas grill. Enjoy the comforts of updated decor, high ceilings, in-unit full sized laundry and complete privacy. Stroll to restaurants and boutique shopping. Free, designated, off-street parking makes in and out a breeze. Or, just ride-share to the space and walk everywhere in town.

Kennett Square was voted in the Top 5 of coolest towns in AMerica by Budget Travel. This location gives you access to all of the charm within a short walk. Park or Ride share in , then park your car on the private lot! note the address is 108 EAST State Street, Unit# 1. (108 WEST State street brings you my favorite pub, "Grain") Closest train stations are Wilmington or Philadelphia. Short ride share/taxi ride away. If you enjoy nature, i encourage you to check out the local park about a half mile away...Anson B Nixon park has jogging/biking trails, as well as fishing, picnic areas, and even free concerts in the summer!
