Hello! I’ve been living in San Antonio for about 15 year now. I love my city! I've been traveling all over the world and I know how important it is to be able to feel like you are home when you’re on a vacation. I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. This beautiful Texas Vacation house is located in a quite neighborhood, few minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, The Rim, Sea World, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. House includes a master suite, covered patio with furniture and BBQ grill, plenty of private parking spots, a huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks. You will have access to the neighborhood’s park. This 2250 Sqf home includes 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The 2 master suites include queen beds and the 2 other rooms each include bunk bed and a trundle bed which opens up to an additional bed. There is also a folding bed available so this house can sleep a total of 13 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TV's which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. Plenty of free private parking is available. You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids. Please note - House is 100% non-smoking. Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - If you wish for a late check out, there will be a charge per hour (You will need to get landlord's approval first)
