Quiet neighborhood in Spokane Valley. Brown's park is nearby (within 2 blocks with free parking) with a new skate park, basketball courts, volleyball courts, splash pad, and kids playset. Very close to a bus stop and Uber/Lyft are reasonable in the area. Albertson's is about 1.5 miles away with 2 gas stations, the park, STCU credit union. a local pizza place, a coffee stand, a Mexican restaurant, and Subway all between the apartment and the store.
