Peaceful and scenic hub for vacationers, visitors of the Wasatch Front, workers on temporary assignments, grad students, newly weds. Simple, furnished, with working essentials. Max occupancy: 4. All utilities, one-small car garage . Non smoking/vaping unit. No strong lingering smells. No animals. Near Golf Course, trails, parks, picnic grounds, Utah Lake-13 mi. , Salt Lake City and Park City-55 mi., I-15 exit 260-5 mi., BYU-Provo-10 mi., UVU and Medical Schools near-by, Sundance-25 mi., Provo Airport-10 mi.

Scenic canyon road, residential area, nearby family parks, bike path, golf course, trails, picnic areas. Springville lies against the foothills of the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains, 2 miles east of Utah Lake and just 45 miles south of Salt Lake City. Less than 15 min driving distance from Highway I-15, exit 260 - go East on 400 South all the way up the hill to the roundabout, turn left on Canyon Road. House on the South side - pass the house and take the drive way going down immediately East of the house. Plenty of free parking space.
