This new beach home will become your favorite beach getaway! This aviation-themed home away from home is just moments away from having your toes in the sand or dipping your body in the water on our beautiful island. You will be close to fantastic restaurants and if you would like to experience the waters from another point of view, there is a shared boat/kayak dock where you can do fishing or set up crab traps. Additional must-visit attractions include Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, Shipwreck Point Golf, North Topsail Beach Town Park, and Hampstead Kiwanis Park. Upon entering, you will find light and fun themed decor. Wall-to-wall windows flood the entire space with natural light and allow you to admire the beautiful ocean and sound vistas. Spread out comfortably and stream a favorite show on the large smart TV or break out any of the provided board games for a fun evening at home, including Life, Dominos, Exploding Kittens, cards, chess, checkers, and Tic-Tac-Toe. When mealtime comes, the fully equipped kitchen will have your back! It's appointed with all stainless steel appliances for the chef in your group to whip up meals and snacks in no time. You will delight yourself with splendid views from the covered decks, and then retreat to the bubbly hot tub for a soothing bath. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, an enclosed outdoor shower, 50-inch smart TVs in every room, an elevator, three beach chairs, a beach cart, and central AC. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is a shared boat/kayak dock that is private to the 10 houses on the street. You can do fishing at this dock or set up crab traps. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
