Company information

We purchased the home in 2021 and started renting the downstairs Unit in May of 2023 and the upstairs was started February of the following year. There are three of us run and maintain everything along with other full-time jobs, so we busy. One of us came as a Scad Student and the other two followed. We are always around and happy to help with whatever you may need or whatever questions may arise and we will do our best to assist. Our profile is Oreo and he loves people. With Oreo, we offer a pet friendly environment. Again if we can help with your pet or anything else, always let us know and we always are happy for recommendations, and of course dislikes so that we may continue to make this a pleasing place to stay for all guests and all future guests. The Victorian Home on Duffy Street is located in the Victorian District of Downtown Savannah. It is close enough to downtown without being in the hustle and bustle and worries of late evening noises or parking fees. It is a quiet neighborhood. Here you can experience the true essence of Savannah like the locals. However during the day you can easily integrate with the close by Forsyth park, restaurants, coffee shops, the huge Spanish trees, the squares, the River, Pubs, Statues, tours and so much more. We are a family business offering you our home built in 1900, along with all the authenticity, the fireplaces and hearth, the wood floors, the tall foundation and the big high ceiling and windows. Of course with some of the modern perks such as Wifi and television. Guests like the location, the homeyness, and a place where family and friends can stay comfortably before and after they head out to see the sights.

Neighbourhood information

E Duffy Street has Treylor Park Pizza Place on the corner which has a fun menu, offers trivia, poker, along with live music select nights which echos through the houses and makes for a happy atmosphere. Our parking is on the street, just have to pay close attention to the signs because they sweep the street here on Thursday nights and Monday nights. Perc Coffee is a good local place a few minutes away. On Habersham we have Shuk Mediterranean and a little further to the South is Tacos and Tequila Town which is very popular.
