Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This charming just rehabbed home is set up with guest in mind and has everything you may need for a relaxing vacation! Located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood of North Venice- Nokomis, only a 5-minute drive away from beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast - Nokomis, Venice and Caspersen-dog beach or downtown of Venice. 20 minutes' drive away to Siesta Key. Walking distance to historic Tamiami trail.
Charming just rehabbed beautiful Villa Grace in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just 5 minutes to Venice Beach or Downtown Venice with the theater, shops, parks, restaurants and bars! Be in the middle of it all without sacrificing privacy and the ability to stretch out. You will love it here! Wojtek and Grace Approx. drive times to airport and major attraction cities: 5 to 15 min - beaches, theater, restaurants, shopping, and more 10 min - Venice Airport 25 min - Outlet mall utc 50 min - St Pete 60 min - TPA Airport/Port of Tampa 2 1/2 hr - Disney World 4 minutes to Frank Theaters a local movie theater. 5 minutes to Detwiler's Farm Market - your go-to for fresh fruits and veggies, a butcher and a seafood market.
