Villa Tranquila is a home of historical beauty. With stained glass windows, original interior artwork and spectacular grounds, this spacious home is a vacation destination all in itself. If you're looking for elegance, privacy and convenience of location, there is no need to look further. The Living Room features a large river rock fireplace, comfortable seating arrangements and a large flat screen TV. Numerous windows and doors look out to the backyard; gracious archways lead to a hallway on one side and the dining room on the other. The mahogany dining set seats 12 guests. The Gourmet Kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with stainless appliances that include a six burner Dacor professional gas stove, a griddle and two ovens. Through the breakfast nook and past the quaint side entrance is the master suite and the other downstairs bedroom. Downstairs Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The Master Suite is spacious with a fireplace, King bed, an entertainment system with a flat screen television and French doors leading to the back hot tub deck.
