The southern exposure heated pool & spa home offers 3 bed, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining room and office room. The house has an expansive oversized pool area by a freshwater canal in a quiet neighborhood. The ozone pool system provides safer and healthier water benefits. No red eye, rashes, swim suits fading and other chlorine-related problems. The pool can be heated if necessary electric. The house is tiled throughout. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. If you miss an item let us know. The house offers a wide open floor plan in addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bath rooms and a formal dining area. Free Wireless internet is provided as well as an office with printer and phone. BBQ grill outside in the pool area.
Centrally located in Cape Coral, just a few minutes to grocery stores and plenty of dining options. Supermarket is just 5 min from the house as well as other shopping and restaurants.
