Please note that the whole apartment complex has quarterly pest control spraying approved by the State of Hawaii, the US EPA, and the US Department of Agriculture for residential use. We cannot predict the exact date and time of arrival at the apartment; however, it is between 08:00 and 17:00 on the day the personnel arrive. The unit must be vacated for 10-15 minutes, or guests must reside on the balcony during that 10-15 minutes.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
A damage deposit of $200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
