Enjoy easy access to everything in downtown Blowing Rock from this perfectly located renovated condo. The condo is the ideal getaway for couples, girl trips, and families. Well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and brand-new furnishings throughout. Condo has 2 NEW 58" Samsung Smart TVs, comfortable memory foam mattresses, two master suites with private bathrooms, Gas Fireplace, board games, coffee station, and outdoor patio. Short walk to main street and within minutes to area attractions.

Neighborhood info

Well-maintained condominium complex in downtown Blowing Rock within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. A small stretch of the New River runs through the grounds and offers a perfect spot for the kiddos or dogs to dip their feet in the water. There is plenty of parking available, but only one vehicle is permitted in the strip between our building and the one right across from it. Additional parking available throughout the rest of the property.
