Walk to the beach from this unique, historic cottage! *PLEASE SEE END OF DESCRIPTION FOR PET POLICY* Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch while breathing in the salty air of the beautiful MS Gulf Coast. After a fun day at the beach, walk to restaurants or enjoy an evening of grilling in the backyard. Top off your night around an open fire in the backyard or relaxing on the screened back porch. The back porch bar is a perfect place to get creative with cocktails or experiment with sno-cone flavors for the kids. ***NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE FOR CRUISIN' THE COAST, JEEPIN' THE COAST, AND SCRAPIN' THE COAST. This overrides any and all other cancellation policies regardless of booking system used. DISCLAIMER: For the safety of our guest and our hosts, we use a 3rd party verification service called SuperHog to verify our guests. After booking you will receive an email from SuperHog requesting that you complete the verification process. You will be required to enter a valid ID. Failure to complete the verification and/or failure to pass the verification can result in cancellation of your booking with no refund. PETS MUST BE APPROVED!! Please inquire before booking if you plan to bring your pet/s. Provide the details about them too (size, breed, personality). There is a non-refundable One Hundred Fifty Dollars fee per pet per stay, which will be added to your booking. Unapproved pets will incur a Five Hundred Dollars fee and must be paid on-site.
