Property information

This tri-level custom home includes a small view of Wallowa Lake through the trees in a quiet but convenient location! The entry is on the lower level. The main floor room has a flatscreen TV and lots of comfy furniture that include a fold-down murphy bed. The kitchen offers all the modern conveniences of home and has a back deck to store your extra coolers in, as well as access to a fenced-in backyard for the little ones. Off of the kitchen is a queen-size bedroom and the main floor bathroom with a washer and dryer. Past the dining area is the beautiful living room with high vaulted ceilings, beautiful tall windows that let in lots of natural light, and a view of the trees across the way. Also in the living room is a flatscreen TV, comfortable furnishings, and French-door access that lead to the narrow wrap-around deck with a view of Wallowa Lake through the trees. Past the living room is another flight of stairs that takes you to the upper loft bedroom. The primary suite has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower stall. One more small balcony deck is located through another set of French doors, making this the perfect place to start with your first cup of coffee! This nicely furnished home has many features for your comfort and enjoyment, including limited-edition framed art and decor, two private decks with views, a small fenced-in back yard, and convenient parking. THINGS TO KNOW Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement. No garage access for parking. A 4x4 is required to reach this home in winter. A sofabed and Murphy bed provide an extra sleeping space. This house has three levels and will require you to climb stairs to get to the main level.
