This beautiful waterfront home is perfect for your next family getaway. This beautifully landscaped yard with a large BBQ and sitting area, trellis, and sandy beach is ideal for an afternoon of family fun. You'll have access to a level private beach area for the kids and a nice L shaped dock, with protected moorage, in a protected bay on Pend Oreille. And you can bring along your canine pal!

Neighbourhood information

This home is on 23 acres and borders 150 acres of state land with trails and additional waterfront. In the winter the water level goes down for a lot of great cross country skiing and snowshoe recreation. The perfect location for summer or winter recreation! About a half a mile away there is a boat launch located at Morton Slough. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen w/dishwasher Dogs are welcome *Please note- The owners may need access to the back barn and garden area periodically but this area is out of the way from the home.
