Hi I'm Jessica! Our family (Jeff, me, our son JJ, and Nelson our big friendly Bernese Mountain Dog) live in Freeport, Maine. We own and operate ProActive Properties and have been hosting guests in some of our favorite travel destinations since 2014. Jeff also owns an international travel company, ActivSport Travel, and I have extensive experience in education as a high school math teacher and leading international educational tours. Our passions lay in soccer, skiing, traveling the world, and being outdoors. We hope you will enjoy your time at our home as much as we do and that you will create memories that last a lifetime! Newly furnished and renovated! Enjoy spectacular views from your private walk out deck overlooking the water with a grill and a gas fire pit. The stairs lead down to the waterfront area where we have 2 kayaks available. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a large king size bedroom w/TV, spacious 2nd bedroom with 2 x twin beds w/TV, a dining area and living room with large Smart TV and a full bathroom with dual shower heads. Enjoy an authentic coastal Maine experience! Set on 3.5 acres tucked away in the woods on Harraseeket Cove & South Freeport Harbor, great for kayaking! 5 minutes from LLBean and downtown Freeport's many shops, restaurants, and more! Wolfes Neck Park's stunning coastal trails and forests are close by and Portland's scenic Old Port is 20 minutes! The apartment is a private area that is the lower level of a large home that is not occupied when the apartment is rented so you will have a peaceful and quiet stay!. It is only available select nights when the entire home is not rented (for full house rental, reach out to us). Enjoy newly furnished 2 bedrooms (1 x king beds, 2 x twin beds, 1 x queen size air mattress), 1 full bathroom w/duel shower.

Neighbourhood information

We are in a quiet, waterfront, residential neighborhood only 3 minutes from downtown Freeport's many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Portland's Old Port is only a 20 minute drive as well! We are in a great location for a relaxing, peaceful stay, but not for parties and events. We have parking in the driveway of the home. It's best to have a car in our area since Ubers and Cabs can take a while at certain times of the day.
