Gulfview property with beautiful Sunset views from the large outback patio. Enjoy kayaking as the property offers easy access with a beachy area to launch your Kayak and go fishing as we have some of the best fishing in the area. The entertainment room is located downstairs as there is a card table, darts and a ping pong table and a large T.V. If you enjoy bike riding the Preserve is across the street as you come out of the neighborhood. Rogers Park is down the street 3-4 miles where you can launch your Kayak right into Weeki Wachee Springs and enjoy beautiful dolphin and manatee sightings.
Hello, my name is Vince and as a young kid I would visit the Weeki Wachee Springs, and I always told myself one day I will live out here and enjoy the natural beauty of nature.
You have some of the best fishing in your back yard or you can hop a bike or Golf cart as this is a Golf Cart community you can ride to the local restaurants, pubs or get ice-cream. I enjoy riding the golf cart to the local bait shop to get shrimp and catch snapper. Weeki Wachee springs is within 4 miles or you can go across the street from the neighborhood and enjoy riding your bike in the Weeki Wachee Preserve.
