Short walk to beautiful historic Willamette district sidewalk cafés quaint boutiques, foot cart pavilion with international foods and Farmers market. Close to parks boat docks, sandy beach playground festivals. Conveniently close to freeways and back roads to Portland, waterfront park, OMSI, Saturday market. Great shopping restaurants & malls. Voted best places to live in 2011. Near freeways. 20 Minutes from downtown Portland. Great for shopping delicious restaurants malls. Half hour drive to the capital, Salem and 10 minutes to Oregon City. House near freeways and bus stops. Only 20 minutes from downtown Portland. Taxi, Uber and Lyft transport friendly.
