Licensed in the City of Palm Springs. The City ID number is 3906. We offer a large private, newly tiled rain shower, double sink vanity; and walk-in closet with refrigerator. There is a desk with chairs and cable TV with HBO, Max, Netflix and Prime across from a spacious Cal King Bed for the tallest of guests. We don't allow pets or cooking or smoking in the room so as to keep extra clean. Outside your door is a private deck with a table and chairs and a mountain view. Private parking in our driveway is right outside your room. A newly built Private, Outdoor, salt-water pool and hot-tub is our newest feature for our two guests.. During Winter the outdoor hot tub use is included. at no extra fee. For Pool use during Winter months: One Hundred dollars a day for heating. paid separately to host. Restaurants, downtown, and Palm Springs Airport are only minutes. Couples (2 adults only). Business travelers are welcome. Please, Check-in with a legal I.D, such as a current drivers license or passport.
