Welcome to our cozy and peaceful lakefront escape! Our home has been fully renovated to provide a comfortable and relaxing vacation atmosphere. The open concept home has a full kitchen, dining area, wood burning fireplace, and living room with spectacular lake views. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer & dryer. Our outside space offers a furnished patio, grill, fire pit, yard, and sun deck. We have direct lake just a few steps in front of the property via a shared community dock.
Our small neighborhood is quiet and secluded, while remaining close to all of Chautauqua Lake's most popular attractions, such as the Chautauqua Institute and Bemus Point
