Perfectly situated for those seeking a tranquil getaway, this charming studio offers stunning ocean views and is just a short walk from both the beach and downtown Summerland’s vibrant shops, cafes, and local attractions. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds! Modern decor, ocean views and tasteful amenities await! Nestled at the top of the hill on Whitney Ave, Whitney's Oceanview Studio is a 1bed/1bath guest house with amazing ocean views and a wonderful courtyard out front to relax and unwind. This unit is completely separate on the bottom floor of the home with a long-term tenant upstairs. Lockbox w/ Key Located on the door. 2 Parking Spaces on the left side. One in front of another. Please stay on the left hand side. Home is located at the top of the hill with beautiful ocean views. 1 single step into the home.
