Brother, uncle, home renovator and general contractor, dog servant, and Salvation Army bell ringer. Thanks for booking, the airbnb units are constantly evolving and we strive to host a valuable and comfortable stay. I'm nearby if something comes up, but I generally host from afar.

Property information

This 1880 built home was left abandoned and we've brought it back around for your enjoyment. This 1 bedroom unit is fresh, clean, and comfortable. A two block walk brings you to historic downtown Owatonna where there's shops, restaurants, Central Park, and plenty of things to do! The apartment has recently been renovated, with new windows installed, among many other improvements. It's a nice one bedroom apartment with a hide-a-bed sofa.

Neighbourhood information

Beautiful neighborhood, historic downtown adjacent, a stones throw from Camp Pillsbury. Whether you're working in Owatonna or just visiting, you'll want to be as close to downtown as possible, loads of character and charm. Parking on the street is more convenient than parking in the driveway (shorter walk), but there's also a driveway. As far as getting around, all you need is two feet and a heart beat, because everything is close. But if it's winter or you can't or don't want to walk, there's Straight River Taxi, and Lyft, and we have what's called SMART Bus. So there's multiple ways to get around, but my favorite from this property is walking to downtown.
