Located in the middle of everything Dells, easily reach all Wisconsin Dells and Lake Delton attractions. This Cabin is in the middle of 2/3 an acre of untouched woods and natural beauty. It has 160 ft of water frontage with Dells Creek. There is a Beach and Canoe rental shop just in front at Newport Park! Recently remodeled with WIFI in mind, you will enjoy a modern entertainment center, electric fireplace, reclining sofa, breakfast nook, electric appliances, and newer washer and dryer.
Investment gurus say we should diversify our portfolios because it is never safe to store eggs in one nest. Then the opportunity arose to buy a fixer-upper in the Dells and i could not resist. I immediately fell in love with its location together with its zoning as waterfront commercial. I knew that with its zoning I could rent it on a nightly basis and opened the door to listing it on vacation-rental sites such as Airbnb. It turned out to be a wonderful Cabin. When I first began remodeling I would see and hear eagles fly over the creek and it made my work pleasurable. Now finished I not only share the Cabin with tourists but my family and I visit often to fish and enjoy the beach. My boys love it. You will find a Guest Book inside the Cabin containing important phone numbers and of course that WIFI password. Your host is available by phone for emergencies at all times, but calls within reasonable hours is preferable.
There are plenty of windows in this Cabin for viewing Dells Creek. At a distance you will view Duck Boats crossing the creek. Enjoy the hot summers inside this air conditioned Cabin. There is plenty of outdoor deck space and a fire pit for that camp feel. Just bring the mosquito and outdoor tick repellants! Feel like walking? Trek down two onsite trails to the Creeks edge or walk just 200 feet to the Wisconsin River directly across the street! Feel like getting on the water? Rent a boat or canoe from the facility across the street! Need to Work away from home? The Cabins WIFI makes it convenient to get online, just bring your laptop.
