Step inside to be greeted by an open concept living area, dining area and a kitchen with plenty of counter space. It is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach or to enjoy a meal with your crew. You will also find the washer/dryer located conveniently on this level. Climb the beautiful stairs to the second floor to find the two bedrooms. This townhome sleeps up to 6 with a master bedroom containing a king bed and a guest bedroom with two full beds. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also grants you access to the private covered balcony. Outside you'll find a cozy back patio highlighted by natural beauty, only a few steps to the pool.

Neighbourhood information

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet.
