Our property is on the line of county and city so we get the perks of both! We are also minutes away from Walmart, Target, Hy-Vee, and the Kennedy Mall! We really are in the center of Dubuque - being equally as close to places like the fairgrounds or the Meadows golf course, as it is to downtown by just hopping on Hwy 20. Close to venues, nightlife & entertainment.
We have a long driveway for plenty of parking so please no parking on the grass.
