Property information

The house is located right next to the George Mitchell Natural Preserve where you can access the trail from the backyard! The cozy backyard has a fireplace and a fire pit for your occasions. There is also a screen-in porch with a swing for you to watch the birds fly by. The house offers 2 en-suite rooms with master bedroom downstairs. A total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath to make sure everyone can have their own space. Welcome to the #1 city to live in the U.S. and experience the wooded community!

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is surrounded by the Woodlands reserve. Though only a neighborhood park or "tot lot" Trace Creek Park does feature a sand Volleyball Court. Trace Creek Park also features plenty of picnic tables and barbeque pits as well as a nice open grassy area for a great picnic spot or birthday party. Trace Creek is a truly unique village in The Woodlands. It's less than 10 mins away from the Woodlands Mall and Grand Parkway. It has been said that is is the prettiest of all the village subdivisions. Upon entry you are greeted with a park that features play equipment that appeals to younger children and a separate area with swings and slides, volleyball nets and equipment geared to attract the more adventurous older child. There is a place for everyone. A great place for neighborhood community events and time with family and friends.
