Property information

This beautiful modern guest house is a cozy 2 bed, 1 bath with a fully stocked kitchen, 4 person dining area and comfortable living room space. Through the driveway, look for the sign "JR's Garage". Go through the gate and walk into a private patio space. The beautiful barn doors open up to the cottage living-space. Walk-in and leave your shoes at the door, since little fingers touch our floors and rugs. Living room is equipped with 55" smart TV, with a wall mount that turns up to a 45 degree angle. A dinning table seats 4 people comfortably. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a bathroom with full size shower, modern sink and toilet. The fully stocked modern kitchen opens up to the backyard which is shared with the occupants in the main home. Please share respectfully. Furry friends welcome! Pet fee will apply Guests will have full access of the guest house and the private patio space. Both exterior doors have keyless entry. Your door code will work on both doors. Driveway accommodates up to 4 cars. Guest house is assigned 2 parking spots that are on the left side. Park in tandem. The right side is assigned to occupants in the main house. Please follow parking line directions and please be respectful of other occupants parking spots. IMPORTANT NOTE: All bookings are required to purchase rental damage protection without exception. Upon booking you will receive a link to add this protection to your reservation.

Neighbourhood information

This is a quiet, family-friendly area. The neighborhood is well-maintained, with tree-lined streets and well-kept lawns. There are several parks and playgrounds in the area, as well as a library and a community center. We are close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It is also close to major highways. The neighborhood is a great option for families with children. Few highlights: Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Veranda Shopping Mall and IMAX Theater Round1 Bowling and Arcade Sun Valley Shopping Center Todos Santos Park Pine Hollow Park Willow Creek Park
