This peaceful waterfront property is centrally located near the Nautical mile with nearby bars and restaurants. Lots of Famous Fishing places and it’s 12 minutes to Jones Beach State Park, 13 minutes from Molly College, 14 minutes from the Nassau Coliseum, 15 minutes from Hofstra University, 16, minutes from Roosevelt Field Mall, 22 minutes from Adelphi University, 25 minutes from NY Islanders Arena. The nearest 7-eleven is about 3 blocks away for your grocery needs. 7 minutes from LIRR and 45-50 minutes from Manhattan. In addition to parking in the garage, there are lots of parking in the area. As for public transportation, the N4, bus station is a few blocks away from the house to your destination.
