This house is the ideal launch point for all your southern Utah adventures, and a great retreat to relax and rest up before you take on your next challenge! *20 minutes to Zion National Park *Sleeps 10 with 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full and 3 twins *Private pool (from mid Feb-mid Nov as long as the temp is above 60ºF) *Hot Tub that fits 8 people (open year round) *2 Smart TVs with basic cable (must log in to personal streaming accounts) *Fast internet *Fully equipped kitchen *Gas BBQ grill
I love the outdoors! Hiking, biking, boating, climbing, camping and more!
This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. We like our neighbors. Please help us keep a good relationship with them by maintaining an appropriate noise level. Street parking at vacation rentals is prohibited by the city. You should be able to fit at least 3 cars in the paved driveway without blocking anyone in (and more if you block cars in). The house is just one block away from State Route 9, which is the highway that connects Zion National Park to I-15. It is about 30 minutes from the St. George Regional Airport, 2.5 hours from Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport, and 4 hours from the Salt Lake City International Airport. If you are not driving your own vehicle the best option would be to rent one.
