All amenities and tourist attractions are around the villa. The old Hanoi nobles are all here, you should experience when living here because it is a work of art

located on Bao Khanh street, artistic and romantic street. with the famous Nhan cafe, souvenir shop, restaurant... Opposite the villa are 2 famous pubs. Walk about 20 meters to Hoan Kiem Lake, and 200 meters to the church. Around the villa are famous tourist attractions and cultural programs.. You can walk, ride a motorbike or bicycle (there is a common parking in the building yard), taxi can pick you at the doorstep (except in the weekend when the road is locked for pedestrians, cars have to park by 10m away), car parking is just at 10m from the house. Bus station is located just 15m away from the house
