Toạ lạc tại khu phố Nguyễn Công Trứ - Nguyễn Thái Học, cách Trung tâm thành phố 500m, Nằm ngay sát phố Tây, phố đi bộ (cách 300m), Dễ dàng di chuyển đến những địa điểm ẩm thực nổi tiếng (bán kính xung quanh 1000m). Vị trị địa lý gần các dịch vụ tiện ích như phòng Gym, siêu thị, các quán Bar. Tất cả các phòng đều có cửa sổ rộng, View đẹp và thông thoáng, 10 phút đi bộ đến cầu Trường Tiền, 10 phút đi xe máy đến Hoàng thành Đại Nội, Cung An Định... 20 phút đi xe máy đến chùa Linh Mụ. Nằm gần ngay các điểm ăn uống nhộn nhịp như Tà Vẹt, Vĩnh Lạc Trấn... (đi bộ 5 phút) 15 phút đi bộ đến Thôn Vỹ Dạ xưa.
