This is BEACHFRONT PRIVATE POOL VILLA 5 bedrooms with en suites bathrooms: - Land area: 1000m2 -4 double bedrooms with en suites bathroom ; and 1 nanny room (single bed) + bathroom -Media room -Enormous sun deck for entertaining -Peaceful, tropical landscaped gardens -Fully equipped kitchen -Private swimming pool, 70m2 -Covered parking (enough for 2 cars 7 seats) The standard accommodation is 10 adults + 4 children, but if your group have more people then please let me know in advance. The villa is located less than a two-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City.
- Seafood is available from the local market. - The resort facilities include an alfresco restaurant, a tennis court and a children’s playground. Housekeeping and full room service menus are available to guests in the privacy of their own homes but will be charged. - Activities in the resort for free: gym, tennis court, kayak, bicycle, volleyball. - Activities with charge (if needed): Jetski (cano) - If you need a maid who can help you clean, prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner etc,... she will assist with day chores over your stay; help you find things, chop vegetables, wash up, keep clean etc... ( this is extra services and please give her Tips or wages). - Transportation with car 7 seats, 9 seats or 16 seats will be provided upon your request at reasonable cost.
