Holidays, New Year's and weekends in peak season (Staying Saturday night period May 23 - August 17): Room rate does not include meals and the surcharge will be collected upon check-in.
If a guest's name checking-in at the hotel is different from the guest's name in confirmation voucher, the surcharge for changing the guest's name is VND500.000.
