We live in the country side, out side of Ninh Bình Province, from my house to Ninh Bình Province is 20Km. and my house is near Van Long Nature reserve it is about 300m. which you enjoy natural mountain, bird, monkey....it is great things if you explore Ninh Binh by motorbike, from my house to Tam Coc is 25km, it is good for you go there by motorbike. you are easy to go to many beautiful place in Ninh Binh. my house is very near the Park, you can go Ha Noi, Cat Ba island, Ha Long bay..........

Property information

I have two rooms for rent, both of rooms are big (40 m2). the rooms was designed follow special traditional structure of the north of Viet Nam the roof of rooms was made by woods. Two rooms are separated with private bath room. one room is for two pax, other room is for three pax. there are some items in the bathroom such as: towels, face towels, comb, shampoo, soap, tooth brush, shaver, napkin, standing shower, toilet, toilet paper. inside the room, there are two bottles of water which are free every day. good air-conditioning, hair dryer, table, hanger, heater. Both of rooms have garden view, pond view, you can enjoy tea, coffe or reading books at the balcony. The wifi is free in each room, it is good wifi. the rooms are always clean. the beds in each room are very big with 2 meter of length x 1m80, the mattress is comfortable you will have good sleep. I have only two rooms so that it is very quiet, in the morning you can hear sound of cocks, the room rate include breakfast. Welcome
