Our spacious 4-bedroom residence is a two-story duplex with a private rooftop pool, located within a building that contains two separate duplex units. You will have exclusive use of one entire duplex, which comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, including children. Located in a peaceful neighborhood of District 7, Saigon, the property is just steps from a quiet park and overlooks a scenic eco lake. Guests enjoy the best of both worlds—tranquil greenery with easy access to the vibrant energy of the city. Unwind on the outdoor terrace or take a dip in your private rooftop pool with panoramic skyline views. The building spans five floors: • The basement features a reception and shared common area. • The 1st and 2nd floors are occupied by the other duplex unit. • Your private duplex occupies the 3rd and 4th floors, ensuring complete privacy for your group. 3rd Floor – Bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms): • 1 king-size bedroom (180cm bed) with a long private balcony • 1 double bedroom (160cm bed) with private balcony and serene lake view • 1 double bedroom (160cm bed) with large window and lake view • 1 double bedroom (160cm bed) with no window, thoughtfully designed for comfort 4th Floor – Your exclusive space: An open-plan kitchen, dining area, and private rooftop pool—ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying a meal under the stars.
