Product Description - Please note: Villa is located in Sealinks City area, operated by private business owners, not part of the villa system directly operated by Sealinks Management Board. - Villa 400m2, 1 ground floor 1 floor, 3 bedrooms including 2 rooms with 1 double bed and 1 master room with 1 double bed and 1 extra mattress, bed/mattress size 1.6m*2m, full kitchen utensils + amenities for family. Guests please prepare your own drinks, ingredients, spices and charcoal. - Location 700m from Ong Dia beach (public beach with private entrance, if you use services at the beach such as towels, umbrellas, chairs, shower water... from the Sealinks Management Board, please pay the fee 50k/person). - Shared swimming pool has a fee (150k/adult ticket - 100k/child ticket), guests pay directly at the pool. - Currently, the private villa sector is not provided with electric car services by Sealinks Management Board. - Guests can bring pets (please keep them clean to avoid cleaning fees) - Guests please sing karaoke before 10pm. - House check-in support from 1pm + 1 free BBQ stove. - Standard number/unit: 8 adults + 2 children (children under 11 years old sleep with parents for free, children older than 11 years old are counted as adults), surcharges exceeding the number of villas will be charged. Fee: 150k/adult (with extra mattress), maximum 12 people/room. - Please return clean kitchen utensils when checking out to avoid cleaning fees (300k/time). - Villa has an office at villa R5 - Sealinks City area, 24/7 support staff.
