No limitation about short term rental. Free access and stay in the apartment, the common area and the facilities. NOTES! We are honor to list some house rules and local rules hereby in description. The guests should read it carefully and follow these for your safe and smooth staying :) 1. At the check in day, the guests should give the pictures of your passport and VISA/TRC/Working Permit/Immigration Stamp for us. We can help you register your temporary form with a building management or local police as local law and it will be more convenient for extending your VISA or other legal documents so far. 2. In case of parking, the guests should register a monthly parking slot if you have a motorbike with a fee of 60.000 VND/month while a daily rate is 20.000 VND/whole day. If you have a car, the daily rate is 100.000 VND/night and 30.000 VND/day, the monthly rate is 1.200.000/month. 3. During your stay, the guests may get some problems with Internet, furnitures, equipments and facilities of/in the apartment, please take pictures or video clip for us and we will know how to help and solve it for you as soon as possible. DON’T allow a stranger come in without a notification from us in advance. 4. We provide a cleaning service with fixed schedule once per week freely. If you need more, please let us know and pay an extra service with a fee of 100.000 VND/hour. We also allow to storage your luggage with the fee is 200.000 VND/day 5. The latest check out time is 12:00 (pm). If the guests will check out later than 12:00 (pm), you should pay an extra fee of a half day (the latest time is 5:00pm) or of a full day (anytime after 5:00pm).
